Big win for Andy and Kim - defense verdict

A big congratulations to Andy Cooley and Kim Waldbaum, who won a defense verdict earlier today in a trial at the Federal District Court in Tacoma. Andy and Kim represented the City of Olympia and one of its police officers against a claim of excessive force brought by two men who had assaulted the officer on the night in question. The trial lasted three weeks. The jury returned a defense verdict on all claims after a short deliberation. Great work, Andy and Kim!
