Congratulations to Shannon Ragonesi and the City of Snohomish Police Department for winning a defense verdict for in a jury trial where the plaintiff was alleging negligent police pursuit. The jury was impressed by the officers involved in the pursuit and agreed they were just doing their job in attempting to detain the fleeing suspect who subsequently struck the car being driven by the plaintiff.
