KBM Welcomes Attorneys Adam and Dani!

by Brian Augenthaler

KBM is excited to announce two new attorneys: Dani Rogowski and Adam Zenger. Both Dani and Adam come to KBM after many years of service in the Washington Air National Guard, where they both continue to proudly serve.

Adam’s litigation experience comes from over six years trying cases in federal court as an active-duty prosecutor and defense attorney for the United States Air Force. During that time, Mr. Zenger expertly represented hundreds of government and individual clients on matters including criminal law, civil law, employment and labor issues, real estate, and estate planning. Mr. Zenger also spent a year and half as a private practice estate planning attorney before being asked to run the civil law program for the Washington National Guard. He still proudly serves as a reserve officer in the Washington Air National Guard.

Prior to joining the firm, Dani worked for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. As a Senior Attorney Advisor, she represented the agency in a variety of civil litigation matters and advised executive staff on federal law and policy compliance. In this position, she also served as a sworn federal law enforcement officer where she augmented corrections officers in their daily tasks, earning her de-escalation instructor and armed prisoner transport certifications. Prior to her work with the BOP, Ms. Rogowski served as a Kitsap County Prosecutor and clerked for Justice Debra Stephens, Washington State Supreme Court.

Dani and Adam are tremendous assets for the firm, and we’re honored to have them as part of our team.

“Steve Thorsrud of Keating, Bucklin and McCormack was my lawyer. He put me at ease, and he did a great job of representing me through trial.”
