KBM is pleased to announce that Rakiah Adams, who has been working with KBM as a law clerk pending her admission to the Washington bar, has been admitted to the WSBA and sworn in by The Honorable Regina S. Cahan in King County Superior Court.

Rakiah graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2020 and received her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University, where she majored in Political Science and Journalism.  While in law school, she interned with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and for the Honorable Radames Velazquez, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey.  Prior to joining the firm, she was an attorney with a boutique firm in New Jersey specializing in labor and employment and school law.

“I really appreciate you and the others at KBM for all you do to support law enforcement. You are very respected, and have made myself and many others feel very confident going into legal proceedings...”
