New Board of Directors and Managing Shareholder

Keating, Bucklin & McCormack is thrilled to announce that it has elected three new members to its Board of Directors: Amanda Butler, Jeremy Culumber, and Brian Augenthaler. Richard Jolley was re-elected to the Board and will serve as KBM's Vice President. Shannon Ragonesi was re-elected to the Board and will serve as the firm's Managing Shareholder and President. Congratulations to all! 

KBM would also like to extend its sincerest gratitude to shareholders Jayne Freeman, Stew Estes, and Andy Cooley for their many years of service as firm Directors – and to Stew for his leadership as KBM's outgoing President.  KBM is profoundly grateful for all they have done for the firm!
