Adam Zenger
Associate
Adam Zenger is an Associate Attorney at Keating, Bucklin & McCormack, Inc. His litigation experience comes from over six years trying cases in federal court as an active-duty prosecutor and defense attorney for the United States Air Force. During that time, Mr. Zenger expertly represented hundreds of government and individual clients on matters including criminal law, civil law, employment and labor issues, real estate, and estate planning. Mr. Zenger also spent a year and half as a private practice estate planning attorney before being asked to run the civil law program for the Washington National Guard. He still proudly serves as a reserve officer in the Washington Air National Guard.
Mr. Zenger graduated with a degree in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese after living abroad in the Caribbean and Mexico for over two years. He graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018 after interning with the Boulder County District Attorney's Office, serving in the Immigration and Criminal Law Clinic, and clerking with the 17th Judicial District Court. Mr. Zenger is admitted to practice law in the State of Washington, Colorado, and before the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.
In his spare time, Mr. Zenger enjoys golfing, hiking, and camping with his wife and two dogs.
Representative Cases
- Defended approximately 600 active-duty Air Force clients in actions ranging from administrative employee discipline to federal courts-martial. His most impactful case led to dismissal of four and acquittal of an additional three false allegations, saving his client from a potential 140 years in prison.
- Managed three attorneys and nine paralegals to oversee United States Air Force’s second-busiest criminal docket. His leadership led to successful prosecution of 30 litigated federal trials (courts-martial) and 124 adverse employment actions.
- Represented hundreds of clients in civil matters including estate planning, real estate transactions, family law issues, contract disputes, and employment issues. Concurrently served as assistant general counsel to government and military decision-makers.
