Rakiah Adams

Associate

Rakiah is an associate with Keating, Bucklin & McCormack. Prior to joining the firm, she was an attorney with a boutique firm in New Jersey specializing in labor and employment and school law.  

During law school, Rakiah worked as a Comments Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, as a student attorney for the Seton Hall University School of Law Center for Social Justice defending low-income clients, and earned Best Appellee Oralist in Appellate Advocacy.  She also interned with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and for the Honorable Radames Velazquez, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey.  Before law school, Rakiah graduated cum laude from Iowa State University.  In her free time, Rakiah enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, and hiking.
